Job summary

First Nations LLC. is hiring PCA in-home support staff for the Willmar, MN region. Part-time positions offer 10-20 hours weekly, with shifts 9am-2pm on Mon/Wed/Fri and 10am-12pm on Sundays.

Hourly wages range from $17 to $23 and consider experience, education, flexibility, and reliability. Ideal candidates enjoy flexible schedules, are motivated for part-time work, and are willing to cover multiple service lines.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and current insurance required.
• Willingness to work across multiple service lines (PCA/CFSS, Direct Support).
• Must pass DHS background check or have no conflicting criminal history.
• 1+ yrs experience as a caregiver/PCA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and MN DHS statutes.
• Follow policies and incident/emergency reporting requirements.
• Complete all required trainings and meetings on time.
• Provide in-home care with safe, compassionate support per care plans.
• Demonstrate empathy and maintain boundaries with clients.
• Accurately record time and complete shift notes.
