Job summary

Critical Nurse Staffing is seeking a Part-Time Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide private in-home care. The role offers $18.00-$20.00 per hour and 10 hours per week, with benefits eligible at 30+ hours per week.

Our PCA will deliver one-on-one patient care in clients’ homes, promote personal safety, and follow agency policies. This position offers flexible scheduling and supports reliable, compassionate care that helps clients remain independent at home.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to promote safety and a safe home environment.

Responsibilities
