Job summary

ComForCare is hiring in-home caregivers to provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes across the Detroit metro area. Immediate day shifts are available with flexible scheduling options and opportunities for advancement.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have at least 1 year of caregiver experience, a valid driver's license, and must pass a background check. Training and support are provided to ensure quality care for clients.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of direct hands-on caregiver experience is a MUST.
• Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• MUST pass a background check.
• Flexibility and willingness to pick up shifts on short notice.
• MUST HAVE a High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care to clients.
• Support clients with daily living tasks and personal care as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients and family members to ensure quality care.

Our service areas include Detroit, Romeo, Sterling Heights, Madison Heights, Southfield, and the surrounding cities.

• Shifts ranging from 4-hour shifts and up

We are not a facility where you care for multiple patients. We are an in-home care company that provides one-on-one care in the client's home.

Our ideal caregiver is

• 18 years or older

• A good driver with RELIABLE transportation and MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
• MUST pass a background check
• Flexibility and willing to pick up shifts on short notice.
