Verbal Beginnings is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy in Maryland. The role is part-time, after-school hours, travel to clients’ homes, schools, and community settings, and offers a pathway to RBT certification with sponsorship for the 40-hour course.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for in-home travel.
• Patience, compassion, and commitment to helping children with autism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism in home/community settings.
• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track progress and inform treatment updates.
• Collaborate with BCBA and families to ensure skill carry-over at home.
