Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating and planning therapy for individuals with brain injury.
• Under supervision of the Physical Therapist, plan, direct and conduct programs to improve function.
• Maintain and submit treatment records and progress notes in a timely manner.
• Educate families and coordinate with case managers to support care goals.
