Job summary

Minds Matter is seeking a licensed Registered Physical Therapist in Kansas to lead individualized therapy programs for patients with traumatic brain injury. You will assess, treat, plan, implement, educate families, and communicate progress, while collaborating with PTAs and the care team to align with plans of care in home and community settings. Training and evidence-based practice updates are required to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
• Licensed as a Registered Physical Therapist in Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Implement Minds Matter principles for effective service delivery.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants per state guidelines.
• Assess patients and develop adaptive therapy plans for brain injury.
• Identify needs and recommend assistive technologies.
• Educate families about brain injury and progress toward goals.
• Maintain timely, legible documentation and communication with the care team.
