Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

Our In-Home (in-person) BCaBA position centers on delivering intensive, high-quality ABA therapy right where it matters: in the natural environment. In this role, you'll oversee and implement programs with full support from our robust operational teams and systems, ensuring your focus remains entirely on delivering compassionate, client-centered care and driving meaningful progress.

Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $70,000–$80,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month), and a $10,000 signing bonus.

$5,000 Schedule Premium: Boost your base salary by $5,000 just for choosing our 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday schedule.

What You’ll Do as a BCaBA:

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
