Centria Autism in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Center-Based BCaBA to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA. You will mentor Behavior Technicians, develop and adjust individualized plans, and contribute to team goals in a structured center setting.

Center-Based Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $75,000–$85,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).

What You’ll Do as a BCaBA:

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA

• Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
