TrainCareConsult Inc. is seeking compassionate, dependable professionals to join our team providing in-home and community-based behavioral support services.

roles include Direct Support Professionals, Registered Behavior Technicians, Behavior Interventionists, and Behavior Technicians. Responsibilities include direct care, behavioral support, de-escalation, and implementation of individualized service plans in collaboration with the support team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience providing direct support or specialized services to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral needs preferred.
• Experience with intense behavioral episodes and crisis response preferred.
• Familiarity with IPPs and behavior support plans preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly and professionally.
• Basic computer literacy for required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care, supervision, and behavioral support in home and community-based settings.
• Implement individualized support strategies and behavior plans as directed.
• Use approved de-escalation and intervention techniques in response to challenging behaviors.
• Support clients with daily living activities and community integration.
• Maintain accurate documentation including session notes and incident reports.
• Communicate with supervisors, family members, and other professionals involved in care.
• Follow policies, training requirements, and regulatory expectations.
