Northeast Behavioral Health Clinic in Grafton, ND is seeking a Skills Trainer (Behavioral Modification Specialist) to help individuals live independently by teaching daily living, budgeting, communication, and emotion regulation skills in their homes and communities.

You will travel to client locations as part of an integrated, interdisciplinary team, delivering person-centered support and modeling positive behaviors to empower clients in their natural environments.

Qualifications

• Must have an accredited degree as listed.
• Valid driver’s license and successful completion of defensive driving course during new hire orientation.

Responsabilités

• Travel to individuals' homes and communities to teach daily living and household skills, communication, emotion regulation, budgeting, health, safety, and hygiene.
• Be part of an integrated, interdisciplinary team focused on providing the best support plan for each individual.
• Assist clients in developing skills to live a quality independent life.
