Job summary

A premier behavioral health organization in Indiana seeks a Behavioral Consultant to provide evidence-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will conduct functional assessments, develop support strategies, and collaborate with families and teams primarily in home and community settings. This contracted role values flexibility and offers competitive pay starting at $55.68 per hour. Ideal candidates will hold a relevant Master's degree and possess strong skills in communication and independent work.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from clients' locations.
• Experience writing Behavior Support Plans.

Responsibilities

• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments and ongoing behavioral evaluation.
• Teach and coach caregivers and team members on behavior support strategies.
• Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans in alignment with the PCISP.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Ability to work independently and with a team

Familiarity with Google Workspace

Education

Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field

Tools

Electronic health record system
