A community support organization in Indianapolis is seeking Behavioral Consultants to provide evidence-based behavioral support to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role offers flexibility and requires skills in conducting functional assessments and developing behavior support plans. Candidates must have a Master's degree in a related field and possess strong communication skills. Services are delivered in-home and in community settings, emphasizing real-world application and sustainable outcomes.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from clients' location.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and ongoing behavioral evaluation.
• Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Collaborate with case managers and interdisciplinary team members.
