Responsibilities

• Learn from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the intervention plan.
• Support ongoing skill development and functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
• Celebrate milestones and support families throughout the therapy process.
