Job summary

Hopebridge in Louisville South, KY is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to support children with autism. You will work under supervision to implement therapy, track progress, and help with functional communication and school readiness. Training for RBT certification is provided, with a paid path to certification.

The role features a flat hourly rate, benefits, PTO, and 401(k). It offers a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for relocation within our state network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill development and school readiness for children.
• Learn from BCBA supervision to deliver therapy that improves lives.
• Review behavior plans and materials to ensure consistent implementation.
• Complete daily progress notes related to intervention plans.
• Support children in developing functional communication and peer interactions.
