Job summary

Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Part-time Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Brambleton, VA to provide in-home ABA therapy. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and support life, communication, and social skills development under supervision in a one-on-one setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course (required); current RBT Certification (preferred).
• Previous in-home experience with children or individuals with special needs (required).
• Experience with data collection and ABA terminology (preferred).
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).
• Experience with behavior management strategies and ABA techniques (preferred).
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field (beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
• Maintain professionalism and rapport with clients and families.
• Engage in ongoing training and supervision related to ABA.
