Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Part-time Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Brambleton, VA to provide in-home ABA therapy. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and support life, communication, and social skills development under supervision in a one-on-one setting.

• Experience with behavior management strategies and ABA techniques (preferred).
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field (beneficial).

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About The Role

As a BT/RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities
