Job summary

Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, seeks a Behavior Technician (RBT) in Woodbridge, VA for in-person, part-time ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, help clients develop communication and life skills, and collect session data in a structured setting.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Familiarity with data collection and ABA terminology preferred.
• Understanding HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices required.
• Experience with behavior management strategies and ABA techniques preferred.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development related to ABA.
