Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism. You will implement intervention plans under supervision, participate in ongoing staff training, and maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.

The role requires weekday and weekend availability, a BA in a related field (or current pursuit of relevant education), and a commitment to family-focused care within our provider network.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect therapy session data
