Job summary

Achievement Behavior Care Services is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children with autism in New Jersey and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes data collection, professionalism, and goal-oriented service.

The position is part-time with evening hours, offering flexible scheduling and supervision under BCBA oversight. Prior RBT experience or certification is preferred, with training and reimbursement options available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred (ABA/psychology/education or related field)
• RBT certification preferred from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Strong communication skills required
• Ability to work under high-stress situations
• Timeliness and organizational skills required
• Proven experience with pre-school and elementary children
• Experience with autism and development issues is a plus
• Multilingual is a plus
