Job summary

ABA 360 is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children with Autism in home and community settings. This entry-level role offers part-time hours with hands-on, real-world experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is available and encouraged to pursue the 40-hour RBT course. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred to support families in New Jersey communities.

Qualifications

• Spanish communication ability preferred.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client home visits.
• No prior ABA experience required; on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
