Job summary

Precious Care ABA in Irvington, NJ is hiring a Behavior Tech to work one-on-one with children with autism in home settings. No prior ABA experience is required; our BCBA team will train and mentor you to feel confident and supported.

You will help kids learn communication and life skills, track progress with simple data, and partner with families so therapy skills transfer to daily life. Travel to client homes is required; schedules are flexible and pay ranges from $20 to $30 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least one ABA-related course.
• Ability to work hands-on with children.
