Job summary

Empire ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism in Wilmington, NC and surrounding areas. The role offers $100+ per hour, a flexible schedule, and full benefits, with part-time and full-time options available.

Join a small, supportive team that prioritizes clinical judgment. You will manage your caseload and schedule while admin support handles scheduling, authorizations, and billing so you can focus on clients.

Qualifications

• Masters required in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to serve clients in-home across Wilmington area.
• BCBA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior assessments and write individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train RBTs and BTs in the home setting.
• Analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust goals.
• Provide parent training and collaborate with families and other providers.
• Maintain ethical, clinical, and insurance compliance standards.
