Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• LBA license must be current.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clinical mentorship.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide feedback and support to RBTs/behavior technicians.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and team members.
