Ahead ABA is seeking a BCBA to serve clients in and around Silver Spring, Maryland. The position offers a hybrid schedule, competitive hourly pay, and a supportive team that backs your practice.

You will assess new clients, write behavioral plans, supervise RBTs, guide families, and maintain accurate notes and data as part of Maryland’s expanding ABA services.

Qualificações

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Maryland license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication with families and caregivers.
