Ahead ABA is seeking a BCBA to serve clients in and around College Park, Maryland. This role offers hybrid work, competitive hourly pay, and supportive teamwork.

You will assess new clients, write plans, supervise RBTs, and guide families, with strong emphasis on data collection and ongoing communication. Join a growing practice expanding across Maryland to deliver impactful ABA services.

Competenze

• BCBA certification is required.
• Maryland license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication and empathetic approach when working with families.
