Kavana Care in Hickory, NC is seeking a compassionate BCBA to oversee in-home ABA services. You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate closely with families and our clinical team.

The role emphasizes data-driven treatment, ethical practice, and building strong caregiver partnerships while delivering high-quality, individualized care in homes across Hickory and surrounding areas.

Formación

• Current BCBA certification and active BACB certification.
• North Carolina licensure as a behavior analyst.
• Experience providing ABA services to children and/or young adults.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate, family-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to provide in-home services.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing clinical oversight and supervision of RBTs/Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families and other care team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure services are delivered ethically and in accordance with ABA best practices and requirements.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and families.
