Kavana Care in Hickory, NC is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-home ABA team. You will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, collaborate with families, and provide clinical supervision to RBTs.

This part-time position offers meaningful, family-centered care, flexible scheduling, and the potential to grow into a full-time role. The successful candidate will hold BCBA certification, NC licensure, and strong clinical and communication

Formación

• BCBA certification is required and BACB certification is active.
• North Carolina licensure as a behavior analyst.
• Experience providing ABA services to children and/or young adults is preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.
• Compassionate, family-centered approach and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Providing ongoing clinical oversight and supervision of RBTs/Behavior Technicians.
• Monitoring client progress and making data-driven treatment modifications.
• Providing caregiver training and support.
• Collaborating with families and other members of the care team.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensuring services are delivered ethically and in accordance with ABA best practices.
• Building positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
