Five Star Bath Solutions of Southern Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Consultant to convert pre-set appointments into sales for bathroom remodeling. This high-ticket, commission-based role offers uncapped earnings potential and requires proven success in home improvement sales. Sales Consultants will conduct daily appointments and use a structured approach to close deals efficiently. Qualifications

• Proven success in home improvement sales, remodeling sales, roofing sales, window sales, HVAC sales, or other high-ticket outside sales.
• Documented history of $1M+ annual personal production strongly preferred.
• Willing to work evenings and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 2–3 daily in-home sales appointments.
• Follow a structured sales process.
• Present bathroom remodeling solutions and close sales.
