Qualifications

• In-home design consultations with residential customers.
• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to drive within a 100‑mile radius.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home design consultations for bath and shower remodels.
• Assess customer needs and present tailored remodeling solutions.
• Provide high level of customer service and build trust during consultations.
• Demonstrate strong closing skills to secure sales.
• Meet or exceed sales targets with a results-driven mindset.
• Take accurate measurements of baths/showers/jetted tubs for projects.
• Attend pre-scheduled appointments; no cold calling required.
• Additional duties as assigned.
