Comfort Kitchen & Bath is seeking motivated In-Home Sales Representatives to meet with homeowners in the Houston area and deliver customized bath remodeling solutions. This independent contractor role features company-provided appointments, iPad-based presentations, and design tools to help close sales with a comprehensive support system.

Earn 8–12% commission per sale, with average earnings of $800–$1,500+ per closed deal and top performers reaching $100K–$200K+ annually.

Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement a strong plus)
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in closing sales in a one-call environment
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Reliable transportation and local to the Houston area

Responsibilities

• Run pre-qualified, company-provided appointments in customers’ homes
• Deliver a structured sales presentation using an iPad
• Design customized bath solutions using provided software
• Present pricing and close sales during the appointment
• Follow up as needed to secure decisions
• Attend sales training and team meetings as requested
