Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel, a unit of Jacuzzi Group, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Houston. You will deliver in-home design consultations for bath and shower remodels, assess client needs, and present tailored solutions while building trust and closing sales.

Training is provided with virtual sessions and weekly in-person trainings. Compensation includes training pay, bi-weekly pay during training, and an uncapped commission structure with potential to exceed $200,000 yearly.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated success with One Call Close environments.
• Strong communication skills and customer service focus.
• Willingness to drive within assigned territories (100-mile radius).
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home design consultations to residential customers.
• Assess customer needs and present tailored remodeling solutions.
• Provide high level of customer service, building trust throughout consultation.
• Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Measure bathrooms and coordinate project scope.
