Clearwater Shower Bath, LLC is expanding across the Treasure Coast, FL, seeking motivated sales professionals to educate homeowners on premium bath remodeling. You will work with homeowners to design, present, and close high-value projects, guided by a structured sales process and supported by our design tech.

This is a 100% commission-based, full-time W-2 role with biweekly payments. Appointments are pre-scheduled, and you’ll benefit from sales training, ongoing coaching, and career growth as

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in sales, preferably high-value purchases.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital sales and presentation tools.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Aufgaben

• Conduct scheduled in-home design and sales consultations.
• Evaluate existing shower and bathtub spaces.
• Identify homeowner needs, budgets, and project goals.
• Create customized remodeling solutions using 3D design software.
• Present premium products and available financing options.
• Explain project value, installation expectations, and pricing.
• Build trust and close the sale.
• Complete accurate measurements, contracts, and documentation.
• Follow our sales process and maintain communication with management.
