Luxury Bath of Phoenix is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, present bath remodeling solutions, and close sales using our iPad-based system. You will work with pre-qualified leads, benefit from comprehensive paid training, and participate in ongoing coaching in a role with uncapped earning potential in the Phoenix area.

Successful candidates are driven, professional, and capable of delivering polished presentations.

Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Home improvement/remodeling sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations with homeowners.
• Utilize the iPad-based sales platform to guide proposals.
• Design customized bath solutions using company software.
• Build rapport and identify homeowner needs.
