Jacuzzi Bath Remodel seeks an In Home Sales Representative to deliver in-home design consultations for Sam's Club Members. You will build rapport, assess needs, and present tailored bath remodeling solutions with clear pricing.

Training supports new hires; strong closing skills and reliable vehicle essential. Compensation includes training pay, uncapped commissions, and bonuses, with earning potential from $120,000 to $200,000+ in the first year for top performers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement/remodeling.
• Strong closing skills with the ability to navigate complex conversations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled appointments; no cold calling or prospecting required.
• Conduct in-home design consultations to assess bathroom remodeling needs and offer solutions.
• Present tailored remodeling options, benefits and pricing clearly to aid decision-making.
• Provide high level of customer service, build trust and rapport throughout the consultation.
• Demonstrate closing skills to secure sales and meet/exceed targets.
• Measure bathrooms accurately and submit reliable sales orders and project photos.
