Job summary

Floorworks & Blinds in Mississippi is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners and present our bath remodeling solution using an iPad.

You will participate in weekly sales training, design baths with our proprietary iPad software, and deliver price quotes to close deals on a daily basis. Success requires confidence, independence and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
• Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline
• Ability to work independently
• Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings
• Previous sales experience preferred but not needed
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to the areas we service(Baton Rouge to Biloxi)

Responsibilities

• Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad
• Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis during our meetings
• Design new bath on our proprietary iPad software
• Deliver price and close sales on daily basis
