Job summary

Floorworks & Blinds seeks an In-Home Design Consultant to drive sales from pre-qualified homeowner leads. The role emphasizes presenting our acrylic bath and shower solutions, learning the training process within 90 days, and delivering a proven sales presentation to customers who need what we offer.

You will travel within the service area (Baton Rouge to Biloxi), participate in weekly sales trainings, and use our iPad tools to close deals while learning our proprietary software for bath design.

• Design new bath on our proprietary iPad software.
• Deliver price and close sales on daily basis.
