Job summary

Floorworks & Blinds in Gulfport, MS is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant (Sales Representative) to build relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. You won't need to generate leads; 80% of legwork is done for you, and training is provided.

You will master our proprietary bath-design and sales tools on an iPad, deliver presentations, train weekly, and close deals daily. Travel across our service area from Baton Rouge to Biloxi is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
• Self-motivation and discipline; able to work independently.
• Outgoing, articulate individual who thrives in social settings.
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel across service area (Baton Rouge to Biloxi).

Responsibilities

• Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad
• Participation in ongoing sales training weekly
• Design new bath on our proprietary iPad software
• Deliver price and close sales on daily basis
