Job summary

Floorworks & Blinds is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant (Sales Representative) to build relationships with pre-qualified homeowners and close sales for acrylic bath solutions. The role includes delivering a structured sales presentation on an iPad and designing baths using our software.

Training is provided weekly, with emphasis on learning our products within the first 90 days and delivering proven presentations to customers in the service area from Baton Rouge to Biloxi.

Qualifications

• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Previous sales experience preferred but not needed.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to the areas we service (Baton Rouge to Biloxi).

Responsibilities

• Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad.

In-Home Design Consultant (Sales Representative)

Sales Representative

A full-time outside sales position, your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. You are not responsible to generate your own leads. Prior to your first interaction with prospective customers, 80% of the legwork has been done for you. We have a very rigorous pre-qualification process that ensures we are putting our sales reps in the best possible situation to be successful. Your only focus has to be on selling. We do everything else from processing the order to dealing with changes after the product is sold. We only ask you to learn our training process and products within your first 90 days, stay true to your training and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers that truly need what we offer.

Primary job responsibilities include:

Salary and Benefits:

• $80,000- $250,000 annual compensation is typical for fully committed team members
