Job summary

PERSONAL HOME CARE OF ATLANTA in Sharpsburg, GA is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide in-home care for children with disabilities. The ideal candidate will implement behavioral intervention programs, assist with daily living activities, and carefully document child behavior. Qualifications include a minimum of 1 year CNA experience with a preference for RBT certification, strong interpersonal skills, and reliable transportation. Flexible schedules are offered, primarily in the afternoons and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 full year of CNA experience required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred.
• Experience with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 behavioral intervention program for children with autism.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Record a child's behaviors and log hours accurately.
