Job summary

AlwaysNear Home Care LLC is seeking a passionate Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy in clients' homes in Stockbridge, GA. You will implement plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and provide 1:1 behavioral support to individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required prior to hire.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client behavior, skill acquisition, and progress during each session.
• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral therapy to clients in home and community settings.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintain detailed session notes and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs and family members regarding client progress.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
