Qualifications

• Two to four years of full-time social work experience, including APS responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages unit operations to achieve program and regional objectives.
• Selects, manages, and develops staff through performance reviews and training.
• Interprets program policy and procedures to staff and the public.
• Evaluates unit performance and prepares management reports.
• Makes presentations and participates in community outreach.
• Responds to complaints and maintains unit operations.
• Promotes respect for cultural diversity.
