Adult Protective Services Supervisor I: A master’s degree in social work from an accredited college or university, or a master’s degree in gerontology, plus two years of full-time social work experience, one year of which was in dealing with problems concerning adult protective services*, (OR) A master’s degree from an accredited college or university that includes a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours of coursework in psychology, sociology, social work, family counseling, family relations, human development, counseling theory, group counseling, and related laboratory or practicum credits, plus three years of full-time social work experience, two years of which was in dealing with problems concerning adult protective services*, (OR) A bachelor’s degree in social work from an accredited college or university, plus three years of full-time social work experience, two years of which was in dealing with program concerning adult protective services*, (OR) A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, plus four years of full-time social work experience, three years of which was in dealing with problems concerning adult protective services*.
Adult Protective Services Supervisor II: Two years of full-time experience as an Adult Protective Services Supervisor I.
This position may be filled at an APS Supervisor I or APS Supervisor II. Factors such as education and experience may be considered when establishing the starting salary.
