The role involves commuting to customers’ homes, using specialized tools, and following safety and repair procedures. A positive attitude, strong communication, and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of appliance maintenance or repair experience.
• Working mechanical knowledge, including the use of tools and test equipment.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Flexibility to work variable and flexible hours, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Repair products in customers’ homes in a timely and quality manner.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and care.
• Promote and sell additional products and services where appropriate.
• Meet key performance metrics and productivity goals.
• Maintain organized truck stock and follow maintenance schedules.
