Job summary

Necco is seeking a Community Based Therapist in the STAY, Wraparound, and Outpatient programs in Logan, WV. You will provide trauma-informed in-home therapy to youth ages 3-20 and collaborate with families, schools, and guardians to reach treatment goals.

The role requires travel between settings (home, school, office) and maintaining accurate records. A master’s degree and licensure are required, with willingness to travel and participate in supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field required.
• Professional licensure in the state (e.g., LSW/LISW, LMSW, LCSW) required or active licensure in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance; reliable transportation.
• Flexible hours; travel to client locations; background checks completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered, trauma-informed psychotherapy to clients and families.
• Engage in team meetings and coordinate with guardians, schools, and agencies.
• Maintain confidential client records and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
