Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to implement individualized behavioral intervention plans in the homes of children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA and participate in ongoing ABA training while collecting session data and maintaining open communication with supervisors.

The role requires 1 year of ABA experience and a BA in a related field or current pursuit of relevant education.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Ability to work under supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Communicate regularly with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
