Medium is looking for enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Santa Fe, Missouri to provide in-home ABA therapy. This role is ideal for both beginners and certified professionals, emphasizing hands-on training and support.

Key responsibilities include delivering therapy, implementing treatment plans, and collecting data on children’s progress. The position offers a tangible salary of $20 to $25 per hour, along with generous PTO and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT Certification or be willing to complete training.
• Must pass a background check.
• Availability for a minimum of 15 billable service hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in various settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans from BCBA.
• Collect data on skill acquisition and behavior.
