Job summary

GreenLight ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy across the Aurora, CO area. Roles include 15–40 hours per week with 4- or 8-hour shifts, offering competitive pay and strong clinical support.

As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children aged 2–18, implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision and documenting progress. A bilingual Spanish-speaking candidate is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Spanish-speaking ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children and adolescents in homes and community settings.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans under BCBA supervision.
• Document session data accurately and follow treatment plans.
