Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to serve children in Englewood, Etowah, and across Tennessee. Earn $18–$26 per hour with flexible schedules and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RBT certification current
• Active BACB registration
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Travel to client homes and community settings as required
