BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking part-time RBT/BT to work in-home with children on the autism spectrum in Surprise, AZ. You’ll provide 1-on-1 support during afternoon and evening hours, helping kids build everyday living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA therapy.

You’ll follow treatment plans from your supervisor (BCBA), track progress with a mobile data system, and collaborate with a BCBA and other techs to ensure consistent, effective sessions while

Formación

• Experience working with children (SPED para, 1:1 aide, after-school programs, caregiving, or autism exposure).
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques
• Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA)
• Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet
• Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective
• Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together!
