New Patterns ABA seeks an ABA Therapist to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy for individuals with ASD. You will implement personalized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.

The role emphasizes evidence-based ABA techniques, accurate documentation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a compassionate team in a flexible PER_DIEM structure with potential for full- or part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree in progress is acceptable.
• 0 years of experience required; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices, behavior analysis, skill acquisition, and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse ages and abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; flexible to changing circumstances and priorities.
• PER_DIEM schedule with potential for full-time or part-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to individuals with ASD in homes and communities.
